最近我的电脑一直多灾多难.
xp系统，就不去。开机后还没进入xp就出现如下东西：

因以下文件的损坏或者丢失，windows无法启动：

<windows root>\systems32\ntoskrnl.exe.
请重新安装以上文件的拷贝.

我到网上搜索了一下,没有发现很好的解决办法.清各位高手帮忙

This error message usually indicates your system does not include a kernel, or the boot drive contains one or more driver versions that are not the correct version for your run-time image.

Resolution

Be sure you copied Boot.ini, Ntdetect.com, and Ntldr from your run-time image to the root directory of your target system's boot drive, overwriting prior versions of these files.
Be sure you added a kernel into your configuration. Examples of kernel components include Ntoskrnl.exe, Ntkrnlmp.exe, and Ntkrnlpa.exe.

不知怎么高的。我进入cmos也不知动了什么，好像是load optimazed..然后F8后居然出现了选项，可以进入xp，但不知以后会如何。是不是中了病毒了。norton杀了好几遍了。没发现什么。呀
