第一步： 登陆网站：
http://www.stabbeurfou.org/index.php （比赛官网主页）
第二步： 注册用户： 点击页面上方的 Registration（注册） 填写个人注册信息
填完后点击密码框下面的 Validate（确认）按钮。
之后会有一封激活用户的邮件发送到您的邮箱里，打开邮箱激活您的用户。
第三步： 重新登陆网站：
http://www.stabbeurfou.org/index.php （比赛官网主页）
点击页面上方的Personal 这时会出现一个登陆界面
Identifier (e-mail) **************
Password *********
输入您的邮箱以及密码之后点击OK （这时您已经成功登陆）
第四步： 点击 Registration ， 开始报名。 下拉网页你会看到 Diplomacy_National_World_Cup 的报名：

World Cup, to start in September 2007.
PLEASE PUT IN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
- country if different then detected
- state within country for Australia, USA
- province within country for Canada
- nation within country for UK (Wales/Scotland/England/Nothern Ireland)
- If detected in European Union, enter country please
- If any reason to play for different country/countries, write it down...

然后在右面的方框中填写： China for DNWC (代表中国参赛）
然后点击 Put me in the tournament (把我加入比赛）
然后向上拉动网页 填写自己的 Password 密码 ********
Confirm password 确认密码 ********
最后点击 Validate （确定）
这样你就成功的报名参加了外交世界杯DNWC!!
第五步： 确认自己是否成功报名
